CONDITIONS TO LEASE: 1- Lessee will provide a copy of employment and/or proof of income. Acceptance of promise to lease by the lessor, is subject to a pre-rental/credit verification. The Lessee is responsible to clean the property prior to his departure, cleaning includes all kitchen appliances, washer/ dryer, and all floors shall be in the same condition as prior to occupation. 6- On or before moving, the lessee must provide liability insurance in the amount of 2 million dollars which must be valid for the duration of the lease as well as the Hydro account. Failure to provide a copy of the valid insurance and Hydro account will delay the moving date without any monetary compensation to the lessee; 7- All costs requested by the building association, and is related to the move-in/out shall be at the lessee's expense; 8- The Lessor and his management team have the right to periodically check the condition of the premises. 9- Lessee will pay rent by e-transfer, or bank transfer;
