Mark's real estate passions started around the dinner table at a young age. Mark's father a prominent architect and developer, his mother an expert in the marketing & sales of new residential real estate developments, a broker and Urban Planner with twenty+ years experience. Mark assisted in condo sales as early as sixteen years old. After acquiring his real estate license Mark in 2014 Mark quickly developed his own specialty in urban investment properties. Mark's knowledge of the Montreal Real Estate Market combined with is leadership skills led to the making of the "luxury rentals" division under the Montria Realties banner, as well as the uniting of the Sharx. Together with Shawn Levy and Max Cronin, Mark developed a luxury rentals division with the objectives to finding his clients the best rentals, in the best locations of Montreal, at the best prices and to maximize cap rates for his clients on their real estate investments.
